When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.



UK Delivery

We use EVRi for UK deliveries*.

We cannot accept liability for a lost or missing order that has been signed for at the delivery address (for example, an office or shared residential building).

Evri ParcelShop & Locker Collections

How do I collect my ParcelShop order?

When your parcel arrives, Evri will notify you. Please bring valid ID when collecting from the ParcelShop.

How do I collect from an Evri Locker?

You will receive a QR code when your parcel is ready. Simply scan this at the locker to open the door.

How long do I have to collect my parcel?

ParcelShop: 10 days to collect. Reminders are sent on days 3 and 6, with a final reminder 24 hours before return.

Locker: 3 days to collect. A reminder is sent 24 hours before return.

If not collected within this timeframe, your parcel will be returned to us.

Important: If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the stated timeframe, any shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Yes.

ParcelShop: They must bring valid ID and confirm they are collecting on your behalf.

Locker: You can send them a screenshot of your QR code.

What ID is required?

To ensure parcels are released securely, valid ID is required. Acceptable forms include:

  • Debit or credit card
  • Passport
  • UK driving licence
  • Photo ID
  • Birth certificate
  • Foreign ID
  • Utility bill

International Delivery

We use DHL Express for international shipments.

Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days*

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Please ensure the correct delivery country is selected at checkout to avoid customs delays or additional charges.

Remote Postcode Exceptions

Delivery may be unavailable or delivery times may be extended for the following postcode areas of the UK:
